Apprenticeships at bott have been part of our DNA for over 47 years (yes our longest serving employees started their journey at bott as an apprentice!), so we appreciate the value of bringing in new talent to learn about our business, whilst securing a recognised qualification.
Winning this award from Petroc is recognition of the fantastic level of mentoring and care given from each member of the bott team to support the apprentices during their first few years with the company.
An apprenticeship at bott is just the start of your career as we have twenty-two former apprentices within our manufacturing site at Bude who have progressed into leadership roles.
