🔧 About the Role

As a Conversion Centre Team Member, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for fitting high-quality vehicle storage systems. Your work will help ensure our customers receive industry-leading conversions built to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install bespoke vehicle storage systems using technical drawings and documentation
  • Carry out basic testing and troubleshooting
  • Work accurately and with attention to detail
  • Perform self-inspections and report quality issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement using lean methodologies
  • Maintain safe working practices and use correct PPE
  • Work flexibly across departments when required

 

👤 About You

We’re looking for individuals who bring skill, enthusiasm, and pride to their work.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable interpreting and working from technical drawings
  • Competent with hand tools and workshop air tools
  • Mechanical assembly, fitting or allied trades background desirable
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit – capable of lifting and manoeuvring equipment
  • Health & Safety aware
