We are looking for someone to join our team as a Sales Advisor.
You will be working within the Sales and Customer Service Team and provide a professional service to our customers, by producing accurate drawings and quotations.

Our Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound requests for quotations
- Produce written quotations using our in-house software for both standard and bespoke solutions
- Issue 2D and 3D drawings where required through our bespoke design package
- Work with our dealer network to follow up quotations to a win/loss status updating our CRM system
- Proactively oversee project quotations by creating and maintaining relationships with clients and adapting to changing requirements
- Maintain a high level of technical product knowledge of our workshop storage equipment ranges (thorough in-house training provided)
- Support the team by providing an industry-leading service to our customer base.
Skills:
- Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
- Ideally, previous experience within a customer service administration role
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment
Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00; Monday – Thursday / 09:00 - 16:30 Friday
Salary: £25,000 per year
