Our Benefits
As our Content & Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content and managing digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence and supporting our business development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement website content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Write and optimise content for both websites with a focus on SEO, lead generation, and conversion.
- Manage the relationship with our online agency, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with brand standards.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and email marketing aimed at generating qualified leads and driving online sales.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on website performance, traffic trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to further develop our Ibexa CMS, leveraging existing functionalities and modules.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
- Ensure smooth and efficient processes across content creation, campaign execution, and agency collaboration.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing.
- Proven experience in website content creation, SEO optimisation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, conversion optimisation, and lead generation.
- Experience managing external agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, ideally Ibexa CMS (or similar) and email marketing tools like Mailchimp
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to meet business need.

Bude, Cornwall | Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 37 hours/week
£27,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
26 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)
