What you’ll do:

  • New Business Development: Drive the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, leveraging your strategic insight and market expertise to fuel expansion.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners, nurturing connections built on trust, integrity, and mutual success.
  • Innovation: Encourage creativity and innovation within the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in driving new business development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ideally have experience in the LCV / Automotive sector.
  • Have a passion for building and nurturing relationships, both internally with team members and externally with clients and partners.
  • A natural collaborator with a knack for bringing out the best in others, you thrive in environments where teamwork is valued and celebrated.
  • A forward-thinking strategist with a keen ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute with precision.

Salary: From £35,000 - plus commission and profit share

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Monday to Friday

  • Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
