Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating vehicle supply and delivery, ensuring alignment with build plans and logistics.
• Identify and address any blockages.
• Maintain relationships with vehicle supply chain partners for efficient vehicle movement.
• Accurately update vehicle booking and damage systems within agreed timeframes.
• Support in answering inbound and outbound enquiries, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
• Uphold a professional approach and positive attitude in all interactions.
• Minimise labour waste and costs while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant processes and policies.
• Develop knowledge of related roles to provide cover during absences and assist other departments as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Strong administration experience, ideally in a transport or production office.
• Highly organised and capable of processing large amounts of data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Personable with excellent communication skills.
• Driven, proactive, and resilient.
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering customer service excellence.
• Full UK driving license.

The hours of work are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday over 4.5 days
