What You Will Learn
During your apprenticeship, you will gain a wide range of practical and creative skills, including:
- Understanding customer briefs and assisting with design creation
- Material selection and preparation for production
- Using graphic and vinyl‑cutting equipment
- Preparing surfaces for application
- Applying graphics and wraps to vehicles
- Working safely with tools and workshop equipment
- Developing confidence in production processes, teamwork, and communication
You will learn alongside experienced members of our graphics and installation team, who will support you throughout your Level 3 apprenticeship.
What We’re Looking For

- Have an interest in graphics, design, or creative practical work
- Are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
- Enjoy hands‑on tasks and working with tools
- Have good attention to detail
- Are open to learning technical and creative skills
- Can commute to our Ashby de la Zouch site
Due to the nature of tools and equipment used in this role, and in line with our internal risk assessments, our ideal candidate would be aged 18 or over.
No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the graphical and installation process.
