As a Logistics Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting our operational teams and ensuring materials reach our production and conversion centres accurately and on time.
What You Will Learn
During your apprenticeship, you will develop a broad range of skills that are essential in a professional logistics environment, including:
- Supporting Goods In processes, including unloading, booking in, and quality checks
- Understanding stock control, stock accuracy, and digital stock management systems
- Picking and preparing project parts accurately for our Conversion Centre
- Working with warehouse digitalisation tools and systems
- Lean working, efficiency, and problem‑solving
- Supporting continuous improvement and 5S workplace organisation
- Working closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations
You will learn alongside experienced warehouse colleagues who will support your development throughout your Level 3 apprenticeship.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have a minimum of level 4 in Maths and English
- Have an interest in logistics, warehousing, or operational work
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Are flexible, reliable, and willing to learn
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are comfortable in a busy and fast‑moving warehouse environment
- Have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a proactive approach
- Can commute to our Ashby de la Zouch site
No previous experience is required, just enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire to develop strong logistics skills.
