• We will provide you with a Product free of charge.
• In return, you agree to provide us with Content such as photos of the product in use and in your workspace, a testimonial of at least 50 words relating to your experience with the Product and written feedback in response to the questions provided by bott.
• The Product is yours to keep unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

• Submit your Content within 1 month of receiving the Product.
• Ensure that all Content is honest, accurate, and reflects your genuine experience.
• Ensure that anyone appearing in your Content has given permission for their image to be used.
• Do not include anything unlawful, offensive, or harmful in your Content.
• Follow any usage or safety instructions provided with the Product.

By submitting Content, you grant Bott Ltd a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive, transferable, and perpetual licence to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute the Content
• Display the Content on our website, social media channels, advertising, packaging, and promotional materials
• Combine the Content with other materials or modify it as needed

Where legally possible, you agree to waive any moral rights you may have in the Content.

To comply with UK advertising rules (CAP Code), you must clearly disclose that the Product was gifted. Acceptable disclosures include: “Gifted”, “PR Product”, “Ad – Gifted”, “Gifted for review”.

This disclosure must be visible wherever you post the Content.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation.
• You are responsible for using the Product safely and in accordance with any instructions provided.

We reserve the right to:

• Withdraw the offer at any time
• Decline or request changes to Content that breaches these Terms
• Remove Content from our channels at our discretion

You may request removal of your Content from our channels, and we will consider such requests reasonably, although we are not obligated to remove materials already published.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
