Our support doesn’t stop once we have delivered your converted vehicle. Bott’s philosophy is to provide robust and durable racking and equipment tested to ensure it can with withstand the rigours of daily use to minimise time lost due to breakdowns. In the unlikely event of an issue, our customer service team will log the details, own finding a solution and where required, deploy Bott Aftercare engineers to resolve the situation on site. You can therefore be assured of a speedy and comprehensive rectification.
Our aftercare engineers are also available to implement in-service modifications and undertake services such as annual electrical equipment inspections and equipment testing to support you and your business over the long term.
