Our legal complaince expertise solves you compliance challenges
With a welfare conversion from Bott Ltd, your remote workforce will have a self-contained, safe and comfortable base from which to perform their duties. Bott welfare vehicles are designed with a range of optional layouts to ensure specific requirements are met. All areas of duty of care are covered; heating, washing, food heating, hot water, power, crew transport and health & safety. Optional equipment includes WC facilities, storage and workshop equipment. All conversions are based around a core 5-seat design to ensure full N1 type approval compliance, and class leading payload & weight distribution characteristics. All Bott conversions are engineered to work hard with reliability.
We understand the importance of having a strong and secure conversion partner with the resources to drive your welfare project through to completion. As part of a thriving European group with turnovers in excess of €100m you can be assured that Bott has the capability and experience to handle large projects.
Bott has close relationships with many of the major vehicle funders, enabling us to deliver a seamless customer experience and work closely with leasing companies to deliver your vehicles.
In preparation of the introduction of European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval (ECWVTA) for N1 vehicles in April 2013, Bott Ltd re-engineered and re-developed the Welfare Vehicle as there are specific criteria to meet in order to keep a converted N1 base vehicle (van) compliant. For clarity, to determine the optimum number of crew members which may be transported, a detailed section (Classification of Vehicle Types) from the European Whole Vehicle Type Approval framework must be implemented and adhered to. The above, coupled with Conformity of Production and Component Approvals allows us to ensure that the specification we offer is therefore fully compliant with ECWVTA at point of registration.
We’ve developed our welfare van so it can carry a full complement of passengers whilst still retaining payload for site equipment.
We understand that no welfare van on-site means no work on-site, that’s why we offer a comprehensive aftersales support package which ensures your team have the welfare facilities in place to get the job done.
