Gas bottle restraint system

Provides a safe way to secure one or two gas bottles

In vehicles with a bulkhead window, a grille can help protect passengers and driver. Developed for specific vehicles, made from tough powder-coated steel and with a 25 mm spacing, the Vario grille is the perfect solution.

Tailgate or rear-door window grilles protect against theft and reduce the risk of damage from heavy goods on board. Vario tailgate grilles made from tough powder-coated steel, and are tailor-made for specific vehicles.

Load-securing pads reduce the risk of loaded goods moving around on the vehicle floor by providing a high-friction surface:

• Waterproof, flame, tear, oil and fat resistant
• Washable up to 60ºC
• The pad holder can take six pads, and fits onto a Vario end frame or Perfo surface.

Strap-protection pads protect loaded goods from strap abrasion. They:

• Feature two holes which can be fed onto the loading strap
• Water, flame and tear-proof. Oil and fat resistant
• Washable up to 60°C,and
• The pad holder can take six pads, and fits onto a Vario end frame or Perfo surface.

These are for positioning beneath heavy loads. They:

• Provide a high-friction slip-resistant surface
• Available in two sizes: 620mm x 820mm or 1220mm x 820mm.
• Waterproof, flame-, tear-, oil- and fat-resistant,
• Washable up to 60°C
• The Vario mat holder fits conveniently to the end frame of the Vario system.

These can be engineered into your vehicle floor. A variety of options are available including:

• Recessed tracks, giving a smooth loading floor
• The Bott Vario clip-in fixing can be used in conjunction with load straps to provide a quick securing method with a maximum load of 400daN
• The aluminium load-securing track can also be used with a variety of threaded fixings.

These can be engineered into your vehicle floor and can be used in the Vario clip fixing to securely strap down loose items.

Vario fuel can holders are suitable for 5L plastic fuel cans or 10-20L steel fuel cans:

• The 5L plastic-can holder is made from anodised aluminium and the 10-20L steel-can holder is made from powder-coated steel
• A three-can version is available for 10-20L steel cans
• Straps with a self-locking buckle to keep cans in place when you're on the road.

For carrying items which may leak, there's the fully welded Vario sump shelf. It comes complete with a securing rail and ratchet strap, and can be ordered in lengths of 775mm, 1025mm or 1275mm.

The folding traffic cone is a compact way to carry traffic cones for occasional use. It comes complete with a flashing / continuous light.

A laminated beech worktop gives useful in-vehicle workspace. You can have it customised with a three-sided safety lip and/or fitted with an integral vice.

To enable you to organise your files, the Vario A4 file suspender fits in 300mm deep Vario drawers, so file divider systems can be used with the system.

The Vario car office mounts onto the passenger seat and includes a desk with an anti-slip writing surface and a range of removable small-items storage options. The desk can be folded away when not in use.
