"Bott Ltd built and installed approximately one thousand metal herbarium cabinets for The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh in 2006.

From the first time I spoke to representatives of the company I was struck by their professionalisim and their attention to detail. We gave them one of our exisiting cabinets and asked them to make a sample. When the sample arrived, I spent the morning examining it with my colleagues to see if there were any differences. When the engineer from Bott arrived two days later he started by showing us each of the differences we had noted ourselves and explained why he had did them. It was then I realised that I was working with a company who took our order as seriously as we did. 

Since then I have nothing but praise for the way the contract was handled and we are very happy with the completed project. We have subsequently asked for the company to do other work for us and they continue to be excellent."
