I want to rack out and organise my vehicle. How do I know what will fit? Bott provides a range of pre-configured Quickship modules that have been designed based on our knowledge of the market and also of vehicle sizes and interiors. The Quickship literature is designed to make selection of equipment easy, but if you require assistance our Customer Service Department is there to provide advice. Where you require an alternative solution detailed quotations can be prepared, or a visit with a demonstration vehicle can be arranged. Does Bott only supply racking or can I also buy accessories, ancillary/electrical equipment and graphics? Bott offers a one-stop-shop scenario for customers. A comprehensive range of accessories already exists within our program, however if you cannot find what you require, please contact the Customer Services Department who will be happy to advise on your specific needs. Bott can supply all of your requirements from basic tools through to comprehensive CCTV surveillance systems. Our team has a vast knowledge built up over many years and there is very little that Bott has not already handled in terms of vehicle conversions. How do I get a quotation and what details will I get when it arrives? Some conversions have already been designed, and proven within various vehicle types (e.g. Trade Specific Solutions), and in these case a quotation is not necessary. All details will be as in the literature detailing the specific conversion. When required however, quotations are produced in various levels of detail as felt appropriate to the potential contract. As a rule, the larger the potential contract value and the more bespoke the nature of the equipment, the more likely it is that a fully detailed quotation will be prepared. Detailed quotations are comprehensive confidential documents which from part of the eventual contract and are not to be distributed to others. They include listings and visualisations of the specified equipment as well as the theoretical tare weight of the proposed installation - (adjustments can be made to specifications if a weight limit exists that must not be exceeded). Quotations are normally produced in 1-3 working days depending on level of complexity and available survey detail. Can I make changes or alterations to chosen modules or my quoted specification? Yes, Bott offers a full bespoke design service. With fully trained sales engineers and in-house design engineers you can be rest assured bott can meet your needs. See our Bespoke Design section for full details. Whilst it will always be cheaper to specify house colours, special colours are also no issue for Bott.
