How can I trade with Bott? Bott can trade with customers either using direct payments (cash, cheques or credit/debit cards) or via a credit account. Bott accepts all major credit cards with the exception of American Express - (goods/services will be supplied by Bott only on receipt of cleared funds). Customers can open credit accounts, but the approval procedure may take some weeks and will be subject to credit checks and obtaining qualified references. Customers who successfully open a credit account will be provided with a credit limit which may be increased subject to further checks and a sound trading history. To apply for a credit account, call the In-Vehicle Customer Services Department 01530 410600 or the Workplace Equipment Customer Service Department on 01288 357788 and ask for a credit application form. For account customers placing large value contracts, payments may be staged with part of the sum payable on order, part on completion and part a set number of days after delivery/commissioning - (the split will be agreed at the time of order acknowledgment).
Many products can be purchased without the need for a quotation. Simply place your order with the correct reference numbers, quantities and prices. If quotations are still required these can be produced by Bott free of charge. How do I select my bott products/services? In addition to the products shown within the web-site, Bott produces a wide array of literature which aims to make the task of equipment selection logical and easy. Date-limited prices are normally printed in literature and these can be confirmed if required by quotation or phone by the Customer Services Department. In the event that a potential purchase requires some project consultancy or a survey, the Customer Services Team will qualify the enquiry and arrange for a Field Sales Engineer or Regional Account Manager to visit. Use the 'Contact Us' section to request a visit. Our regional sales team can visit with samples or with one of our demonstration vehicles if required.
How can I place an order? Orders can be sent by post, fax, or e-mail and must be official - they cannot be placed over the telephone. When the order is processed, an order acknowledgment will be sent out either by fax, post, or e-mail. This acknowledgment should be checked by the customer to ensure that bott has correctly interpreted the order requirements. If there is a discrepancy, please contact our customer services desk immediately to clarify the error.

If I can't find my exact product in the literature, can Bott make it for me? Bott has a wide offer and most customer requirements can be fulfilled from within the standard product ranges. However occasionally, customers do have needs that cannot be catered for from the standard program and bott is in a position to make special equipment where it is commercially viable.
How do I settle my account? If you have a credit account with Bott, payment can be made either by cheque or by electronic transfer. Our Customer Services Department will be happy to put you in touch with the appropriate credit control personnel to set up electronic payments. If you are making a pro-forma or up-front payment this should be made directly to the Accounts Receivable department at the Bott Head Office in Bude - (see 'Contact Us' for address details)
