The Company recognises that almost all the activities of an organization or individual have some impact on the environment. The company also understands that in the interests of world sustainability, it has a duty to continually assess the lasting environmental impact of its operations, and to minimise detrimental activities as far as reasonably and commercially practicable.

Bott takes its obligations to the environment very seriously. A number of measures have been implemented that ensure our sales, manufacturing and service operations limit impact on the natural environment.

 

Bott Ltd integrates at board level, environmental impact appraisal and company environmental targets into relevant business decisions. It continually seeks to improve environmental performance and systems through company objectives agreed at a board level. The company has and will continue to take effective action to prevent pollution or reduce any potential for pollution. Bott also seeks to comply with current environmental legislation and forward plans where possible to meet future legislative requirements ahead of statutory deadlines.

The company seeks to eliminate or minimise waste and optimise use of materials, as far as is commercially and environmentally practicable. Where waste is generated, the Company will attempt to recover as much as is commercially and environmentally practical and will ensure that the remainder is disposed of using best available methods.
 
Finally Bott Ltd seeks to enhance the awareness of its employees and other business stakeholders and ensure that all are made aware of their own obligation to minimise lasting negative impacts on the environment.
