The launch of the new bott vario vehicle storage system at the IAA 2010 was a complete success:
At the 2011 red dot design awards, one of the most prestigious International Product Design competitions, judges awarded bott vario the rare accreditation “red dot: best of the best” for the highest design quality. An expert panel judging 4433 products from 60 countries bestowed this special recognition on the new system from bott.

The products presented were reviewed against various criteria and had to demonstrate high quality as well as being real, innovative creative solutions. Red dot maintain that these are the key indicators for good design with success potential in the market.

After receiving the 2011 'IF' Product Design gold award on the 1st March, this is the second award for the newly designed modular Service Vehicle Equipment manufactured and supplied by European Group bott with its HQ in Gaildorf, Germany.
