bott supports up and coming Aston Martin Racing Team

Generation AMR, based near Tiverton in Devon, will compete in the 2011 GT4 European Cup with the backing of Bude-based company bott amongst other sponsors. bott has provided an assortment of highly durable and versatile storage solutions from its bott verso and bott cubio ranges for use in the team's workshop. In total, 25 workbenches, wall cupboards and free-standing cupboards have been provided in the team's own colours to store spare parts, equipment and tools, enhancing it's professional image.

bott has also provided four mobile cabinets, which Generation AMR is using in raceday pits to provide an organised working area for vehicle maintenance.

The team will be focusing on developing the ability of its two talented drivers – James Appleby and Anthony Scragg. Generation AMR is developing a programme that concentrates on performance monitoring, technical analysis skills and fitness coaching to ensure the drivers are fully prepared for the challenges ahead – an ethos which aligns with bott's own approach.

Clive Woodward, Group Managing Director of bott comments: "We were really impressed with the passion and enthusiasm of Generation AMR. At bott, we recognise the value of performing as a team, and in accordance with our doctrine of 'Original Thinking!', constantly challenge our technical knowledge to provide optimised innovative workspace solutions. We encourage our team members to continually improve skills – just as Generation AMR does. We are delighted to be supporting this new team and look forward to watching their progress in the year ahead."
